Many CIOs are finding that tweeting is an effective way of positioning themselves as their business’s social media champion

Since we last published our list of CIOs who tweet, a growing number of CIOs are making use of Twitter. As well as it being a fast and convenient means of networking and information-sharing – both inside and outside the enterprise – many are also finding it is an effective way of positioning themselves as their business’s social media champion, demonstrating to the rest of their organisation the benefits of social media usage while setting a good example of how it can be used responsibly.
