A Google search will reveal that surprisingly few heads of IT see the value - or feel they have the latitude - to float their thoughts in the public blogosphere. However, here are 13 CIOs who are active bloggers:

Couldn't help noticing that most of these CIOs are in the public sector - does thi mean they are the only ones who have time to blog? Or does it mean that commercial CIOs think blogging doesn't project a corpoate image?
