RapidWeb+ is an SaaS solution which allows business information to be entered or amended over the internet and shared in real time among all those involved

Managing and sharing business information among people and locations is simple if a systematised procedure is in place. But large ad hoc projects and tasks often don’t have any such formal information management process behind them due to time and resource constraints.

Every knowledge worker is familiar with the situation where files such as Excel spreadsheets are transferred back and forth by email, making it difficult to track revisions or the status of a project, and increasing the potential for error.

In a bid to tackle this challenge, Fujitsu has launched a new SaaS solution called RapidWeb+, which allows business information to be entered or amended over the internet and shared in real time among all those involved. The global IT giant says that, as well as reducing the potential for error, the solution allows organisations to develop management processes and web interfaces for such projects rapidly, automatically and at low cost.

Using RapidWeb+’s business process templates, companies can get a trial environment up and running in as little as two days, highlights Fujitsu. The product was launched in Japan in May and will be rolled out globally in due course.
