For a company only born a decade ago that has changed the face of the internet and has a market cap of $96.5 billion, it's not unreasonable to ask: "What would Google do?" The first half of the book examines Google's philosophy and culture - how it innovates, collaborates, empowers the customer and disrupts business models. The second half looks at how companies can apply these often counter-intuitive and radical rules to their own industries, which are being challenged and destroyed by the internet where everything is "free" and "open".
